I have been a professional bodyworker since 1995. I also work at Massage Envy in South Portland where I am known as JP. I graduated from SpaTech Institute (formerly Polarity Realization Institute) completing the programs in Holistic Massage, Polarity and RYSE level 3. I have been an instructor of massage and polarity at SpaTech since 1999.
I have continued to develop my skills through the Upledger Institute in craniosacral therapy I & II and the DownEast School of Massage in Ayurvedic massage. My most profound teachings have come through work with my many clients and students as together we work to meet their needs and goals.
